Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Vorix Sport specializes in custom-made BJJ gear. You can request custom Gi/Kimono, No-Gi gear, rash guards, shorts, and belts with your preferred colors, patches, and sizing. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

How do I place a custom order?

Reach out to us via our Contact page or email with your specifications (size, color, design, quantity). Our team will provide a quote and confirm production timelines before proceeding.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Delivery is available to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and beyond.

What are the estimated delivery times?

• Standard Orders: 8–15 business days (international)
• Custom Orders: 2-3 weeks from order confirmation, depending on complexity and quantity.
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for select regions (5–8 business days)

Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Are custom orders eligible for returns?

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item does not match the agreed specifications.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–8 business days to your original payment method.

All Vorix Sport products are custom-made using original, authentic, and premium-quality materials. Our BJJ gear is crafted to meet the demands of competitive and recreational athletes at the highest level.

Are your products competition legal?

Our Gi/Kimono products are designed to comply with standard BJJ competition regulations. However, we recommend verifying specific event rules with your tournament organizer before competing.
