Processing time is the time required to produce and prepare your order before it is shipped. Custom orders are made to your exact specifications and cannot be rushed once production begins.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Orders

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with your order details.
Refunds are processed within 5–8 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exceptions apply only in cases of a manufacturing defect or if the item does not match the agreed specifications.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
