Understanding the Measurements
- A — Waist: Waistband measurement.
- B — Outseam: Length from the waistband to the bottom hem.
- C — Leg Opening: Width of the leg opening.
Choosing Your Size
Select your size based primarily on your waist measurement and weight.
- XS–S: Smaller / lighter builds
- M–L: Average builds
- XL–3XL: Larger / heavier builds
For the best fit:
- Choose your usual size for a secure athletic fit.
- If you're between sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort and mobility.
- For BJJ, the shorts should feel secure around the waist without restricting movement.
