BJJ Rash Guard Size Guide
Our BJJ Rash Guard Size Guide is designed for a close, athletic fit suitable for BJJ, No-Gi, MMA and other combat sports. Use your weight and body measurements to find the best size.
Understanding the Measurements
- A — Chest Width: Measured across the chest.
- B — Body Length: Measured from the shoulder/neck area to the bottom hem.
- C — Sleeve Length: Measured from the shoulder to the sleeve opening.
Short Sleeves (SS) and Long Sleeves (LS) have separate sleeve measurements.
Choosing Your Size
Select your size based primarily on your weight and chest measurement.
- XS–S: Smaller / lighter builds
- M–L: Average builds
- XL–3XL: Larger / heavier builds
- For a tighter compression fit, choose your usual size.
- If you prefer a slightly relaxed fit or are between sizes, consider sizing up.
Tip: Rash guards are designed to fit snugly against the body. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for added comfort and mobility.
