How to Place Your Custom Order

  1. Select your color from the options above.
  2. Upload your patch images / logos using the upload field below.
    ⚠️ Important: All patch/logo files must be in HD, high resolution. Minimum 300 DPI recommended. Designs must be clear, sharp, and print-ready. Blurry or low-quality files will not be accepted.
  3. Describe your patch placement in the notes field — specify which patch goes where (e.g., "Academy logo on left chest", "Flag patch on right sleeve", "Name patch on back collar").
  4. Enter your size in the size field provided.
  5. Click Add to Cart and complete your order.

Production & Shipping Timeline

  • ✈️ Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days after dispatch

HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM GI

Ordering your custom Gi is simple:

1. Choose Your Color
Select your preferred Gi color from the available options.

2. Provide Your Size & Fit (Height, Weight & Current Gi Size)

  • If you already know your Gi size, simply enter it in the size field.
  • If you're unsure, select "Not Sure" and provide your Height and Weight. Our team will recommend the most suitable size for you.

3. Specify Your Patch Placement

Use the order notes to describe exactly where each patch should be placed.

4. Complete Your Order

5. Send Your Artwork

After placing your order, send your logos, patches, artwork, or patch layout reference images via Live chat, Email or WhatsApp, and include your Order Number for reference.

If you have a preferred patch arrangement or an existing Gi design you'd like us to follow, simply send us a reference image via Live chat, Email or WhatsApp. Our production team will use it as a guide when manufacturing your custom Gi.

6. Artwork Requirements

To ensure the highest quality embroidery and printing, please follow these artwork guidelines:

  • Preferred File Formats: AI, EPS, SVG, or Vector PDF (Best Quality).
  • Accepted File Formats: PNG, JPG, and JPEG files are also accepted; however, they may require vector conversion before production.
  • Vector Conversion: Converting raster images into vector format may increase processing time. If any adjustments are required, our team will contact you for confirmation before production begins.
  • Image Quality: All artwork should be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI), clear, sharp, and print-ready.
  • Low-Quality Files: Blurry, pixelated, low-resolution, or heavily compressed images may delay production or require replacement before manufacturing can begin.

7. Production Begins

Once your artwork, sizing information, and order details have been reviewed and approved, we'll begin manufacturing your custom Gi.
